Win10 errored out when unzipping`

I've been unable to even unpack and test the yiffalicious program for the past 5 or so updates, I get the stupid 0x80004005 error each time and I have yet to find a way around it, anyone else have the issue or know how to fix?

you may need to download a third party ZIP utility. WinRAR and WinZip are trial software, 7-zip is free.
