Note, I work with photoshop, an old version. Have been struggling with getting the layer around the nipple to be placed 100% right and getting the right shading. If anyone can fix this, the psd file is here too.

It is alright
You can have YF open with elaine standing. Save the PNG in the app files and update her skin in the app with F5. That way you can pinpoint how far to paint in photoshop to get the nipple right.
Another thing you forgot is to paint the tongue and insides to not just be black.
Did not know it was possible to directly update, while inside the app, so thanks for that!
