For the Hair, best is to use the second slot where the blue hair normaly is.

Noice, im digging that skin for Charlotte.

But uhm....If anyone can help me with this: I prefer the Luna skin without the "necklace"...

Can anyone gimme a hand? Im not even a noob yet when it comes to these kinda drawing.

So,

I edited the Body "_MainTex.png", where the "necklace" should be gone.

Normally you can edit Skins by yourself, by using Paint.
