I'm using the latest version (0.4.0c) and this issue is bugging me- I think it's been happening the whole time, but the new penis clipping technique makes it look a lot worse:

The horse's anus doesn't conform properly to a shaft that's being inserted, it sort of forms a 'halo' around it. This results in ugly clipping issues (at least if you're on a slower computer). The effect is a lot more noticeable with the light skinned horse and his glowy insides.

    Yeah that has been fixed for anuses and will be available in the next build.

    Also some interactions use anus weight (Expression category) to make it bigger. That might be the case here. It does make it look worse in 0.4.0c.

    The screenshot is with the weight set to zero.

    But if it's been fixed already then it's all good. :)

    Hm, alright. It does look too big. We may have to look into the horse's orifice properties and configuration.

    Oh yeah, it was way off for some reason. This is fixed for 0.4.1.
