Elaine, Khana; owned characters?

I was going to write some smutty fiction based on an interaction I created and it occurred to me that some of these characters might be owned by someone who wouldn't take kindly to my lewd literature. Soooo?

    You just have to ask original authors of those characters, I guess.

    You're completely welcome to create any fan art with our own characters, but if you wanna use Elaine and/or Khana you should probably ask their respective authors.
