What pose editor/animation software is this?

Came across this on Rule34 and I'm curious as to what software this is. I figured this would be the best place to ask since a lot of us are into animation.

Does the interface with the menu items on the right panel ring a bell for anyone?

    Might be VAM. I don't know because I haven't played it, but I know it has hair physics and so do the character in the video you showed.
