As far as I know, Patreon now works as charge upfront, and you should be charged an entire month when you become one, charged again the same day the following month, and having access to the rewards almost instantly.

My two cents: I don't mind humans (I count elves as humans) and I'll be happy to have them when they eventually get onto Yiffalicious, but I don't want them at the price of slowing down other characters or other functionalities.

As far as I know, they had to disable several things on VR for it to work, and not only because performance, as there were effects that broke the system.
