This isn't really a creation tutorial video but you can use these videos and apply them to the character skin authoring. Also blender is used for these tutorials it is free.hopefully i dont get banned for posting these links, rip, well here ya go...…

@worsel ;-; those are probably two of my favorite characters next to Khana and Charlotte and I would have loved to see lingerie skins from them.
