Crash issue?

I can't seem to load characters by any medium, whether it's by loading a scene or trying to create my own, the moment I try to load a character it seems to crash my display driver. Here's the pastebin;

Radeon R5 is usually an integrated part from an APU. 
Do you know the exact model of your graphics card? If the card is integrated so it has no dedicated memory, it may be that your computer is running out of RAM or VRAM.
Having the specs from your computer would help (CPU, memory, OS)

By looking at the logs, running out of ram definitely looks like it could be an explanation. 2294 MB of ram sounds sufficient if it's dedicated to the GPU alone, however if it's shared with the OS and CPU, it sounds vastly insufficient and is far below recommended specs.
