Illinirs wings and Substance Painter

Hi guys,
One of the skins I'm working on covers some of the area where the wings meet the body (and sadly that section has a squarish shape when using wings), so kinda want to fix it up.
But I only have the main purple colour on the wings, and not the red membranes in between.

Any tips for getting both textures to show up in Substance Painter?

    The textures for the wings overlap each other for some reason, there is no work around. Usualy I just do the wings in photoshop for this reason.
