How do I rig up a blowjob animation?

Every time I try adding a character I only get anal and vaginal.

Before we were able to turn a character invisible, it involved clever posing and handling of sliders, as well as some clipping...
Now that you're able to make a character's skin invisible, all you have to do is add an invisible character to be penetrated, pose said character over another model so that their penetrated hole aligns with the other model's mouth and there you have it! After some tweaks it might even look convincing enough!
