Skin manager not working?

I recently installed jei3's skin manager, and right after I tried to set the folder that the zip files would be directed from, the app crashed and hasn't loaded since. Whenever I try to run it, there is a short period of loading then nothing happens. I tried reinstalling WinRAR, but that didn't work. Any ideas/suggestions?

    I had a similar issue to you the first time I used Jei3's skin manager. The fix was to delete the config file in AppData\Roaming\jei3\yiffaliciousskinmanager. Try starting the skin manager again after doing this and it should work.
