can I add a voice on my character?

    Not without video editing or hacking.
    If you know about hacking games, you can try to alter the data files for Yiffalicious to replace the sound files with your own sounds or voices.
    Or, more easily, you can use a video capture program (AMD's Relive or nVidia's ShadowPlay), and then edit and dub the captured videos (Filmora or OpenShot).
