Unable to populate skin DB!

Whenever I try to refresh my skin manager to update any new skins I downloaded I get the message: Unable to populate skin DB! It says it cannot read that as a ZipFile. I have been downloading skins no problem for months now, but all of a sudden it giving me this error, I would appreciate if anyone knows what this problem is and how to fix it. Thank you.
