Dragn Shaft Broken?

Not sure if there is an issue with my download specifically or if others are having the same issue. When selecting the dragon shaft, it instead creates a textureless shaft the size of the character instead of having it appear on the character's pelvis. The only way to get this to disappear is by creating a new character.

That dragon shaft wasn't supposed to be in the build. It isn't even our model - just something we used as a placeholder long ago.
There's a new build up that removes this and other legacy assets that caused problems.
