experienced this issue from first use, all drivers are up to date, Directx 11 working perfectly, nVIDIA NVS 3100M graphics functioning.

this is the second newest release, i went back one step after the latest one failed with the same/similar report

NVIDIA NVS 3100M doesn't have hardware support for DX11, only DX10.
