3D movement while thrusting

I have a suggestion on a new level of movement that could be implemented along with the thrust. In the game, thrusting mechanism happens along one axis (for example up-down or forward-backward). It is fine for most positions like doggystyle and whatnot, but i would like to see a possibility to add movement along remaining two axis.

For example in a cowgirl position, female character would be able to do more of a circular motion, not only up-down one. It would add huge variety to possible positions. I envision it as a 4 slider system, when you have 2 sliders for regulating intensity of motion (how much a character moves forward-backward or side to side while the base thrusting is up-down for example) and 2 for tweaking the phase of movement (so it might be front-back or back-front).

Would that be possible/viable to implement in the game?

    I would like to second this idea, if it is simply possible. sounds amazing.
