Pop-up menus are partially off-screen

Pop-up menus, that are opened by the '+' button on the UI, are being partially cut-off by the bottom window edge. While it's noticeable that the menu is shifting up to try to fit on the screen, it's not being shifted up enough.

Source of the click was the second-last Masks item.
Issue seems to happen in both windowed (1600x900) and fullscreen (1920x1080) modes.

    Thanks for the report! This issue is now fixed.

    UI scaling was causing some dropdown offset math to be incorrect. UI scaling only kicks in for non 1280x720 resolutions.
