What about X-ray, it is possible?
and what about lactation,with the addition of cow girl character it would be nice)

    But how do you think those would work?

    The X-ray thingie would mean they'd have to remodel the current characters as well as figure out how the colision would work within the orifices... and even if they did all that stuff as well as figured out how to make it look good enough to release to the public, it would require very high-end computers.

    And lactation? I don't even know, man.
