Detachable dick

I found this issue on a few characters(most of Kittysasha's and Vandered's characters if you add a dick to them/two most recent characters in Cloud) but still unsure of how to replicate it.

P.S it sometimes fixes itself if you go to ShaftOptions and change any of the distributions.

P.S.S it doesn't need to be inflation to cause this issue. Any modification of the body will do it.
