Fur shader issues

While testing 0.5.1, I stumbled upon this fur shader bug:

As I didn't remember seeing this on 0.5.0, I tested it and it happens too:

    Thank you for sharing this. We have identified the cause and are trying to figure out a solution.

    Hm, this is tricky as fuck. We have 1 potential solution, but this solution has other drawbacks.

    This had been fixed in 0.5.1b

    Oh... I see that I should really consider becoming a patron, but with being unemployed and all, money is short. 12$ write-off each month is a bit for me :neutral:
