Areola/Nipple Issue on Male Bodies

So, uh.  Selecting some of the nipples causes some major issues on a flat-chested male body.  The pictures show the major proof on this.  I also tried offsetting it, no avail.

    Yeah, it's just a major glitch.  I tried everything to fix this.  It seems that at a certain flatness, this happens.

    It's due to how the geometry is in the male body type. You may have to reduce the size of the nipples.
