[Minor Issue] Vaginal settings interfeer with Anus Mesh

As the title says, specifically puffiness does it the most to affect the anus.

It creates that odd circular effect that you can see.

I can guess that this might be a bit tedious to fix since it has a lot to do with vaginal settings meshing with the anal one on each body type. Whatever it is, I hope this will eventually be fixed even if its not that big.
