Cat Tail Parenting

Trying to parent wolf's hand to any segment of the cat's tail broke for me, had an awkward UI glitch that deselected things, but still was expecting a parent. Didn't try with anyone else yet, but I'm guessing the system is based off the skeleton node, not the character. This is based off of literally nothing other than that's how I'd have built it... so probably not helpful.

    You currently cannot parent to a tail.
