I haven't tested this on any other character yet, but if you look at dragonness' thighs at an angle while inflation is maxed, they will implode on themselves a little.
I've seen this happen as well. It really only happens on the very top inner part of the thighs. It seems to be a bit of a rendering glitch and I don't know if it is related to the translucency shader. Haven't actually tested it out yet.
I played around with it a bit and it is related to the Realtime Reflections setting. If it is on, the dragoness skin causes weird rendering in the inner thigh area. This can be fixed for now by turning that setting off or by enabling the Translucency Shader as I believe it doesn't take into account reflections due to performance and implementation reasons.

Currently, no. I figured it wasn't necessary since pillory should be in world space anyway. But then I realized it may be useful if you wanna change the pillory position afterwards. So I'll fix this for 0.6.1.

What exactly are you doing to cause this? What hardware are you using? Does this happen when tessellation is off as well?
also, can you parent anchors to the pillory?
