How to get total information about your hardware!

To help out the developers, it is very useful for them to know the exact specs of your system. For some, this is hard to find, so here is a link for an awesome tool that I always use:
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

With this, you can get information about your motherboard, graphic card, RAM and CPU, down to very specific details.
Sometimes, they also need a bit of information about your Direct X setup. To find this go to Start and type "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks). This will give you all the specs of what version of Direct X you have.

Usually just sending the output_log.txt is enough, since it contains hardware information.

I did not know that :) Have not yet gone with the zip-version. The Installer version works 99% of the time for me.
