How do you "hide" a male character? What is the secret?

Have seen some interactions, where a male character is connected to a female, but the male is "hidden", out of view. How the heck is this done? Have tried various things, but the penis/ pelvis is locked into place.

@hornystallion81 No, I mean adding a male character with attachment to female and then moving that male character out of the room, while attachment is still functional. I do know all about POV  It is the only way I work
