Bug Report - "Flickering" on Fox V0.6.3 (Possibly VR Only)

I've noticed in build 0.6.3 that the Fox model has white triangles flickering all over their bodies, but only when fur is enabled.
I've tried to get a screencap of the issue, but was unable to.  I've also noticed it more often in VR mode.

    Managed to grab a screenshot of one of the triangles appearing.

    this was brought up on discord with GIFs of it occurring, it appears to be tied to the fur shader and quick motion, i believe @odes ; is already looking into it
