In the public release of the 0.6 cycle, I can't access any alternate skins for any of the characters. The slider is greyed out for all of them. Is this a bug, or just because this is the public version?

The skin sliders have always been locked unless you backed at the 9$ level.

Oh, weird. They weren't locked in the 0.5 cycle for me.

The slider has always been locked, there was a bug that let you bypass this, but it was fixed.
