Turn off Shinyness

The male dragon and other characters have this glossy skin on them.  While I don't hate it, I have yet to find a way to turn it off for performance sake.

    The shine is done with pixel shaders, and this means that disabling it will have a negligible effect on performance unless you have very basic hardware.
