How do I publish something.

I finished an interaction and I want to publish it as it is pretty cool. But how do I publish it?

First save it and then go to Menu > Publish.

also, if I may ask directly here, what are the patreon benefits? 
and is cum one of them? I have seen no commands to control that.
And how does the leaning work? I can't move the top character at all? 
I am sorry I have these noob questions but I did not find anything so far.

Currently the patron build has a new character, Charlotte the cow.

You make characters cum by editing the snapshot and ticking the "cum event" checkbox.

Oh, thank you! 
But, regarding the leaning? I saw interactions where males were sideway or the other had the penis turned back or such? I saw they edited their thrust direction but nothing happens when I do.

Take a look at the "transform" slider on the character doing the penetration.
