What is "Spline based penis deformation"

Saw the road map, and had no idea what it was lol if someone could tell me, or give an example of what it is, that would be cool :3

    Will this allow the penis to be basically tangible, as in instead of going right through characters/objects/environments, it will be pushed around and deformed by them?

    I'm aware that's not what spline deformation does, but I'm just wondering if it will be a side effect or inclusion.

    No, this change will not bring collision physics to penises.

    so, just to put it in layman terms, does this mean that the penis can have a more natural, rounded curve to it, in oppositiion to the two joints that are currently present?
