Fluff Issue

I'm experiencing an issue with fluff shifting after I load my character.

If I where to speculate this may have something to do with the sculpting.  I'm trying to get the fluff to wrap around the edge of the ear as you can see near the scalp to I'm tilting the fluff almost 180 degrees from its starting point, and then it seems to be coming back to its original position when I load.

    I have identified the cause of this issue and I'm working on a solution.
