at the risk of resurrecting a slightly old thread, i just wanted to keep this question in this topic as it relates to substance painter. i've been working with it more and one thing that's really been bugging me is how to go about painting the insid…
I think if they were included, yes, copyright might be an issue. But if they allow custom skinning and someone in the community does it... That would be a different story.
if you're talking about humans and anthro characters this has been brought up before:

i think the thrusting is currently tied to characters as opposed to props, if they wanted to go the route of making an invisible body w/ a visible penis (like some other eroge do) unity could do that, it would just be a matter of changing the materi…
sorry for any confusion, i dug into this further and the paths are wrong in my post, apparently Wineskin doesn't use Win7 style paths, even if you tell it to run as if it was Win7:

from what i've seen of Wineskin, it stores everything in the .app container itself.
while i haven't been able to get it to run quite yet i did notice that there isn't a 'Roaming' folder under {User}\AppData\ which is where %appdata% normally maps t…
due to the lack of official support, and complexity of how unity works, actually ADDING (as opposed to replacing) new props is pretty tricky and involved. it's not something a casual user would likely be comfortable with.
this has been brought up before

and it's on the roadmap:
custom prop import
custom characters
custom textures
I know there are some 3d modelers and game modders here but nothin…

I can get this to happen, but two graphics sliders need to be in specific positions:
Furshader has to be OFF:
And DX11 Tessellation has to be ON
Yep, it's the translucency setting, just tried setting it to off and the interaction loads, any other setting and it hangs. Fur shader doesn't appear to affect it.
~~edit: this keeps the "body" slider from loading under Skins as well, with transluc…

I think the problem is more that current voting and karma add-ons for the forum software are not that great.
Something custom would probably need done to best fit this community.

yeah, i did a few textures for FO4 by editing the UVMap, i might have to go back and try doing more w/ Substance Painter.

yeah, the mirror is extremely limited, but if you could place a camera elsewhere this would be really fun to play around with:
Cameras and Video Feed: not so much a question, but an implementation suggestion for this one.
it would be nice if the "video feed" object was a flat plane like the mirror. that way the user could overlay it on a tv, laptop, computer, etc down the …

according to their site, it's 19.90/month, and after 8 months you own a full license for substance painter and can stop the subscription (you won't get updates though)
