Skin Manager not opening

The skin manager only opened once but when it wont open anymore and reinstalling doesnt help either. i tried the other suggestions such as the one mentioned in:
http://forum.yiffalicious.com/discussion/1293/skin-manager-not-working#latest
but that didnt work either. What do?

    Don't hold your breath for an answer. I've been waiting for a year with no response. The creator of the skin manager seems to have gone quiet

    I have been using the 1.0 version for now but it would be nice to get a fix for the newer versions
