I was not able to reproduce with just opening color index and going to pose mode. However, opening color picker, then going to pose mode, and then closing color picker did shift the decals around.

You can edit shaft options by first selecting the character to have balls, which will spawn balls and a shaft. Then shaft options will spawn too, and you can edit the shaft there.
Make sure the normals are correct in blender.

It will allow for far more custom animation, while offering automatic behaviors for different kinds of penetration. For starters, only anal and vaginal, but more behaviours will be added later on.
